Allergies
When ordering, please keep in mind that there is no 100% safety guarantee. Between the manufacturing process of the foods used, and the kitchen that the boards are created in, cross contamination can still happen.
thyme for brie follows ingredient list labels when determining if a food is safe to use on your board. However, some food packaging does not have a "may contain" list. This could result in cross contamination. thyme for brie will always strive to keep your well being our #1 priority and will be careful and thorough when dealing with allergies.
If your allergy is severe, it's recommended that you do NOT purchase a board. But if you still choose to order, you assume all responsibility of a potential reaction.
Delivery
This small company is a one woman show, so delivery is limited.
Dates: When you checkout, dates will become available for you to pick from. There is a turnaround time of 2 days, so make sure you get your order in ASAP! If you need a rush board, send me an email because sometimes I can still make it happen!
Rates: Delivery rates range from $15-20 depending where in Calgary (or outside of ) the order is being taken to. Follow thyme for brie on Instagram for the most up to date promos, which often include free delivery!
Times: Instead of picking an exact delivery time, there will be a time window available (~3hrs) and your board will be delivered at any point in that stretch. I will try to reach out 30-60mins before drop off to give a small notice of delivery.
If you have any worries about your board being on time for your event, then here are a couple of options:
1) you can order the board to be delivered to you a day early. During order, select the option where the crackers are not on the board, but in a separate box. This is just to prevent the crackers from going soft so you only need to keep your charcuterie board in the fridge until you're ready to eat it (all food will still be fresh and safe). The real test will be not sneaking a taste!
2) send me an email and together we can try to coordinate a drop off outside of my working hours.
